Perhaps a calibration by member wm (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/member.php?u=521). As I recall, he's performed sophisticated calibrations on certain displays shipped to him, among other work. -- John

YOU LUCKY Devil !!
It "got in there because someone paid lot's of pop-corn and pieces of gold to have William calibrate your image .
For goodness sake just turn "WM" ON and enjoy your monitor. You will never have to come back to the Calibratiion Foruum again, ever :).

What display is this that we're talking about? It may or may not have anything to do with William Phelps.

William is the calibrator for Faroudja/ Meridian on their LCOS (JVC chassis) based PJs. They get calibrated by him from the factory and before they reach the dealer. I think he might do it for a few other manufacturers as well.

Nobody here (http://samsungplasmatvfaq.com/index.php/Service_Menu) knows.

Yeah, doesn't sound like this has anything to do with Willaim, at least not that I am aware of...
