I have a Samsung HL-T5087s LED DLP. The unit was purchased in late January. The screen will go from having a perfect picture to an image that looks like a silk shirt has been placed over it. You can see the underlying picture in almost a ghost like image. Ocasionally it hs an orangish hint and looks something like a circuit board. The problem began after about a month. The tech cam out and replaced the digital board. Problem began one to two months later. Digital board was again replaced. Problem is now back. It is intermittent lasting from only a few seconds to fifteen minutes. Picture always returns to normal. Problem occurs through all input types from HDMI to component s video and analog. The tech seems to know what he's doing. I just find it hard to believe three digital boards can be defective in a short amount of time.
Should I attempt to make them replace the set or does anyone know of a different component that could be problematic. I love the set and prefer it to most that I've seen. Any help is appreciated
