ok, I have a 520 remote, an xbox 360, Sony KDF-(50)E3000 that are not playing well. Maybe I'm asking to much but i want them to do the following:

either have the TV turn on and wait 10 seconds to turn the 360 on

or turn the reciever and tv on and not the 360 but still be able to control the 360 from the remote. any ideas? thanks

You should be able to change the device power on order in the Activity setup menu. You can set the 10 second delay in the Power On Delay setup. You can also go into the Device setup for the Xbox360 and leave it to always on. Lots of possibilities.
