About a week ago, I noticed that my Sony KDP-51WS655 had lost its digital channels. So, I reran the auto program and it found them again. A couple of days ago, I turned the TV back on and again noticed it had lost its digital channels. Since we were watching a DVD, I didn't bother to reprogram it right then. Yesterday when I got home from work, I turned it on and reran the auto program. I confirmed that it found all the digital channels and shut it off. Later last night, I turned it on so we could watch a DVD and decided to check the digital channels. Once again they were gone! I noticed that the analog channels were still there but the TY wouldn't cycle through them using the CH + or - buttons. It would only access the analog channels if I directly punched them in by number. It appears that every time I shut the TV off, it purges its channel progamming. BTW, I am running basic cable directly to the TV so there is no cable box involved. I used to get all the networks in HD plus a bunch of random digital channels. My relatively-new LG 37LG50 LCD TV in the other room is fine and hasn't lost its channels so I don't think this is an issue with the incoming signal. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
