Which one of those features will I benefit from the most. I am having a hard time making the decision between Samsung and Mitsubishi. I have read most of these threads and have not found the answer. I am considering the Mits 60735 for $1146 or the Sammie HL61A650 for $1348. I will be connecting the TV to DishNetwork and a PS3. I realize that ultimately I have to make the decision, but am hoping that the wisdom you folks have can help.
Thanks,
Shane

if i had my chioce i would go with the chip over 120 hz
I’ll take better blacks over 120Hz every time, Dark Chip 4 should provide that.

Thanks nesto and Owen... so the DC4 will give me better blacks. What would the lack of 120hz cause? I have already purchased the HL61A650, but I have not opened it. The fear of geometry issues and the benefit of better blacks has me considering exchanging it for the Mits 60735 0r 65735. What do you guys think?
Anyone else want to chime in about DC4 or 120hz?
Thanks Again,
Shane

this is from the perspective of an a3000 owner but when ever i read the mitsu thread all i see is this or that broke or my bulb blew ... thats why i did not purchase one of those
then for sammy its really a hit or miss with bowing issues so if your cool with taking a few back till you get one perfect i think thats your best bet.....
but then there is always the second best rated tv with near perfect black and 120hz ... and its not a kuro

120Hz has been reported in more than one review as a mixed bag. Sometimes it works, but more often it makes things worse.
Another typical marketing gimmick to sell TV's. They take away useful features (2 RF inputs, 1384 inputs & TVGOS for example) and subsistute gimmicks.

AFAIK, HL61A650 is not 120Hz. It's 60Hz.
