Hi All, I know this might be a annoying question but could someone provide a Checklist for What i need to do for home automation like what I need and how many. This what I have right now:

500' RG6U
1000' CAT6
500' AWG Speaker wire
Enclosure of 12"x24"

?
?
I am just like the basic right now because I can not really afford much right now so I would like to future proof after the wall goes up and there is no need to make a miss out of my wall. I am planning to get a Front Projector and Screen in the next 6 months.

What I have right now for equipment is:
Arcam AVR250
Rotel Amp RB9?
Sony 400 CD Changer
Xbox 360 with HD DVD
PS3
Monster Line Conditioner

I would say it is very difficult to estimate the length of cables you need without knowing wall dimensions and speaker placement etc. As far a what type you need I think you are on the right track. If you put RG/6 and CAT6 everywhere you think you may need it in the future you'd be in good shape.
