I posted a similar thread a few months ago, just wondering if there is anything new out there.

I am using a gyration multimedia remote as my primary remote control. The only reason is that it has wii-like control of the computer that really comes in handy as my home theatre pc accounts for 40-50% of my tv time.

It sucks as a universal remote. It is a given that every function I have to manually program (I actually like that because I manage to have the layout exactly how I want it) but it is just buggy and painful sometimes.


Let me know if any harmony or other remote can double as a universal and media remote.
