I was taking a cheating break on the break in of my 5020. I was watching the Office on NBC via Time Warner's clear QAM channel and I had the picture set on dot by dot. If you were sitting in front of the screen on the left hand side there was a green line right at the border of the screen that went from the top to the bottom. This would only happen when I was watching the NBC clear QAM. Does anyone know why this happened? Is it bad? Is there a solution to this besides watching the TV program in Auto or Full screen? I was using D-Nice's settings that he posted on the first page of this thread not the break in settings.

Does anyone else watch their TV with Closed Caption? I am hard of hearing and like to watch Broadcast TV with Closed Caption. Will the black boxes used with Closed Caption cause any problems with IR or Burn In? If so are there any solutions.

NBC sometimes has that green line. Don't worry about it ... ignore it ... it is them not you! ;)
