Any suggestions on thermal interface for the STK chips? I have some Arctic Silver.

Any old heat transfer paste will work fine, as long as you use as little as possible. It'll help more to have heatsinks on the bottom of the PJ floor right under the STKs (or over, as it were, if the thing is ceiling mounted.)

I've got fairly large sinks (think the size of a paper back book) that I milled little pockets in to clear the STK screws, and they dissipate a surprising amount of heat.
