I'm trying to get my TWC remote to control my receiver - primarily the sound and power.

I've gone through all the codes listed in the manual, plus a number I have found online.

Does anyone have any suggestions of next steps to get the receiver to recognize the TWC remote?

You will not find one code that powers the onkyo both ON & OFF, try each code with onkyo on and then off. pick the one with most commands. If the volume keys controls the cable or tv volume, then try the following to get the onkyo volume:

1. press and hold Aux device & select until the device stays light
2. press volume up
3. press aux device key
