Anybody else have this or a similar panny combination.

A few videos I have converted have stutter sound for the first 20/30 secs and then it settles?

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I've been using that software with Canon HF100, and I haven't had that problem. I've only used it on a handful of files so far, but they've all converted perfectly to .wmv.

Have you tried different players, to make sure it's really the problem with the final file? .wmv is quite a bit bigger, so maybe your PC is thrashing the hard drive when you start the file and it results in some stuttering...?

I found the issue to my problem ... I use a NAS and it was struggling to pull the file down over fast ethernet, so I move the NAS and media box to a gigabit router - now plays fine.
