Yes.

The commands you want are probably already in the database, but on the off chance they aren't, you have to give the codes to tech support and they'll add them to the device profile for you.

Thank's for your answer cezzer, I own A 1000i and wanto set up A macro command for my DVDO VP50pro's Display profile menu, ONE for SD DVD on profile 1/HDMI input 1, and profile 2 for HDM/HDMI input 2. The trouble is that 3 differant remote commands are needed to select the desired display profile so hex codes would make it alot easier....

If you ever needed or foresee needing more than 1-2 hex commands, don't mess with the Harmony. You will be on the phone with them regularly. Your time in most people's cases has to be worth something.

Harmony and Hex should not be in the same sentence.

My apologies if I'm not understanding you correctly as I don't have a VP50, but you shouldn't need Hex commands for that.

You should be able to do that as part of the Activity sequence. ie, have a "Watch SD DVD" activity that includes the necessary commands in the start sequence for profile 1/HDMI1, and a "Watch HDM" (or whatever) activity that includes the commands for profile 2.

Alternatively, if you want to only use 1 activity for both profiles, set up a sequence for each profile. You can send up to 5 commands as part of a sequence.
