Does anyone know where I could download hd music videos? I know of Itunes but those won't play on the PS3 because of DRM or whatever coding they have

HD music videos are hard to come by because most have been produced and finished using SD editing equipment. Some HD videos exist and can be seen on MHD and similar HD channels, but I have yet to find a place to download them. Your best bet for music material in HD is buying or renting concert Blu-rays at this point.

Does anyone hat format i need to download them in to play on the ps3....MPG wasn't recognized by the ps3. Any ideas?

you could probably use a command prompt to change the name of your file to XXXX.mpeg

That's how I've done all my movies to get them to play on the PS3. It recognizes mpeg
