Well I got the mx-810. I'm still setting it up, but damn does it look nice in comparison to my mx-850. One thing that still feels weird is the way you hold the mx-810 in your hand. I can't seem to find a comfortable position. Holding it in the middle just feels weird as my fingers are gripped around the weird flat part in the middle. I find it most comfortable either holding it towards the bottom (where I can't reach the ch+/- buttons) or holding it at the very top where I can't reach the directional selector button. Maybe I just need to get used to it. Any owners out there have advice? The center part just feels shaped weird regardless of whether I hold it with my left or right hand.

I wish the newer URC's felt more like the 850. Hard to beat that IMO.

I find that I'm getting used to the 810. But it's true, the 850 felt great no matter whee you held it. I just thought it was too long for using it one handed. In general, all these professional level remotes really require a second hand for operating the lcd buttons.
