Hi All,

Recently broke down and got a PS3, which I had been wanting since it first came out. I was very excited when I saw Mortal Kombat II on the Top Downloads page. I spent more money on this game in the arcade than I care to remember, but it was worth it.

Well, I'd like to get back into it but playing the computer is not fun at all. Anyone out there that would like to play me online sometime? I know this download came out over a year ago so it's old news by now.

I'm not all that great but would enjoy playing another human. If so, feel free to add me to your friends list, username is jackichad.

Mortal Kombat II has online play?

Yes, the version does that you can download from PSN. From what I have heard it works fairly well. I think that since it's been out for awhile no one is playing online anymore so I can never find an online match. :confused:

That's interesting, I did not know that. It'd be cool if there was some kind of database that showed which classic titles have new features.

I play. I will warn you though, unless you're a great player you will probably get very frustrated playing me.

By the way a TON of people play, you just have to go on at the right time, or know them and use the private match features. MOST people who play now though are the really good players. If you go on in the middle of the night, from like 10pm Central to 4am, its VERY busy.

I go on sometimes just to get my ass kicked. The best part of getting beat by the good players is that you usually see a fatality or other finisher. I don't think I've won more than a handful of matches yet. I even find the computer very difficult.

Lee, why would I get frustrated playing you? If you play a variety of characters and don't turtle the whole time I would have no problem losing to a superior player.

Now, if you are using Mileena everytime and spamming the Sai Throw, then I could see myself getting frustrated. :D

I didn't even know this was available since I just got PSN up a few weeks ago. Are you guys still playing this? It's only $5 now and I've been getting beat down/cheaped in SF2 so I gotta switch it up.

Can you check if people are playing. I couldn't d/l this weekend thanks to 2 straight nights of Rock Band jamming.

You're talking about MK3 and yes Kabal is the best character in that game.

I didn't like Kabal but then again I didn't play MK3 a whole lot.
