I don't know all of you're design issues/limitations, but would it be possible to paint the exterior of the metal plate the color you want?

That's not a common configuration...are you planning on using the pass-through for low voltage?

Try datapro. They will design a plate for you. That's what I ended up doing for my multi a/v one.

The color is not the issue . The issue is I'm looking for a white PLASTIC plate instead of metal.

Nope - the "pass-through" will be for 220 volt. I'll be using the plate with the configuration as shown.
