I have recently herd about a company, Tributary Tech. (tributarytechnologies.com) that is in the process of developing a camcorder that can broadcast live content through the internet for general or limited viewing on their website. I was wondering if anyone knew of a camcorder that already does this? It sounds like a great idea, I just can't believe no one has done it already. If not, does anyone know why it might not have been done already?

I have not tried this myself, if u have a SD based cam WiFi SD cards are out there in low GB's.

Their system relies on wi-fi, so the issues become robustness, reliablity, security, and of course, expense.
