I've got a PC with onboard IR (MSI motherboard K9N Platinum SLI) running Vista. I just want to watch DVDs maybe add a TV tuner card in the future. I've got an RCA universal remote and only really need to control volume and DVD menu choices (chapter, main menu, etc.) and change channels if I get the TV card. Can I get the RCA remote to talk to Vista Media Center or do I need a PC remote/receiver solution like Pinnacle Remote Kit? Or???
