hi everyone, HDTV is really not my thing, and here i am looking forward to your advices

im looking at 2 very similar LCD tvs with 300 dollars in price difference.
they are as followed

basically, the difference is the refresh rate and contrast ratio.

my question is, is the extra 300 bucks really gona make a big bang? or is it just fancy paper specs

also, is the 120herz gona make picture way smother if it has a 1080p source? ie bluray disk
