Hi, I just got my HD box from my cable provider (first timer with HD woot). It came with component cables included but on the back it also has a DVI port.. I was wondering, should I stick with component or go with an DVI->HDMI cable to hook it up to my television?

Try both. One may look better than the other.

Before you buy the DVI>HDMI adapter cable, be sure that your cable co supports it. Incredible as it may seem in 2008, some cable cos still don't support it and/or haven't activated the DVI port on their HD STBs. Or, make sure you can return the cable if it doesn't work.
