hey guys. seems i have a slight vertical wave scrolling in the faint of my blacks on the 360. i dont have this problem with any other components. problem lessens with brightness reduction but its still there. do i have a voltage problem here?

i had a similar problem with my old mitsubishi DLP about 3 years ago...at first i thought it was only my 360 doing it...but it turns out it was doing it on all inputs no matter what source...it was easier to spot on the 360 however...like i said it turned out it was my tv...they never did find out what was wrong and i ended up getting my money back since it was under warranty still

I had/have this problem in my theater. In my case the problem is a dimmer switch in another room! It took me a while to track it down. If the dimmer is full on or full off, there is no line. If it is anywhere else there are 2 faint lines that scroll slowly up the screen. A power conditioner did not help. I now just make sure the dimmer switch is off before I use the theater.
