I love this thing, but I do have one problem. When watching a DVD on the 360, if I want to go to a specific chapter and press the number buttons, it does not act like it receives anything and will not skip ahead. The number buttons are mapped correctly in the settings. Does anyone have this same issue and/or know of a fix?
I think the official Xbox360 remote allowed input of numbers, as did the original Xbox's remote.

I dunno, but I put in a DVD in my 360 and I can't use the number pad on either my Harmony or the MS "universal" remote that came with the HDDVD drive.
Somebody else might have a different experience...?

Did you set the buttons in the Activity or the Device mode? Double check the Activity to make sure that the numeric buttons are mapped.

Yeah, they're mapped 1=1, 2=2, etc in the default Xbox360 mappings. I thought the official Xbox360 remote you could put in numbers to skip to a chapter, but I can check tonight. Now that I think about it though, I'll try "teaching" the Harmony straight from the Xbox360 remote since I do have that also.
Interesting to see I'm not the only one with this issue, I'll post how it works out.

I use the arrows to skip, haven't tried numbers.

I remember hearing alot of people reassigning those buttons to do other things, so it should definitely be possible. I also just use the song/chapter skip buttons already in place.
