why do us americans have such a hard time getting access to these new lg plasmas... they are definately a good competitor vs these other two companies however they are available to canadians and amazon users... it just kind of throws me off that i cant go out to my big box and buy a 1080p lg 50 plasma 2008 model

and of course how do the LG's stack up against these other two monsters

You should look at the other side and listen to the Canadians whine about prices and warranty.
