I have a weird problem with my new gear: Whenever I ask the M-6500A to work with the T430 tuner (asking it to scan for channels, or selecting it from the main menu) video (720P over DVI to my Sanyo Z2) dissapears and the small display of the Tvix shows that it scans for channels in an endless loop.

Is this a known problem? (I have tried to google it, but with no luck)

Any way to work around it?

Oh, yes, I have installed the latest FW, but that didn't help.

Same problem here. Any news in the meantime? I couldn't find any info on internet.
This is an out of the box TVIX HD M-6500A with T431 tuner. Firmware is 1.2.95 F.
I'm very puzzled as this is NOT behaving as the manual say it should, and the endless loop is very annoying. The only way to escape from the loop is to switch off the unit.
Please tell me how did you solved this?

PS: Sorry to wake up this old topic but is the only reference that I can find on the internet regarding my problem. Maybe someone found an answer by now. Thank you.
