Does anyone know of a good site or thread with tips/advice on ceiling mounting a projector?

I realise it would vary from mount to mount but I know that quite often the instructions that come with these mounts can leave a lot to be desired and can assume you are an expert.

Its an Epson 1080ub Pro for the record.
