I'm not sure where the problem lies. I hope somebody here can help. When I change channels, I get a snowy screen, then my picture, then a snowy screen, then my picture back again. This happens every time I change channels; 2 snowy screens.

I have the VIP 622 connected to a Marantz 8001 via HDMI. The Marantz is connected to a Samsung HLR5067 via HDMI.

Has anybody seen this before? Am I posting on the right forum?

Does the problem also occur if you bypass the Marantz?
