I will be using the optical audio and have set it to DTS Re-route. What do you set the HDMI audio or does it matter? Thanks.

Where does the HDMI cable go? TV, Amp or what? If an Amp (I'm guessing not) then Yes it matters, if the TV then no it doesn't matter as it will come out as PCM Stereo anyway.

Personally I have Optical to my Amp with DTS Re-encode enabled and HDMI to my TV and PCM Stereo set. That's what the Stereo speakers on the TV like best.

Thanks. HDMI goes to TV. I was glad to see this player recognizes whether the BD or HD-DVD is film or video when 24p is set to on. I also have a Toshiba XA2 and even with all the firmware updates, it still runs all at 60 Hz.

No worries.

The 24p Film Mode relies on the Disc telling the Player it's 24p, so if it is 24p but the Disc has no flag to tell the BH200 it will come out as 60/50Hz.

No matter what setting my BH200 is at for HDMI audio, my TV tells me that the audio format is unsupported. The TV is a Sony 55A2020, I've used an A2, XA2, D2, and PS3 on it and never seen this issue before. It goes away after a few seconds the player being on, it's just kind of weird. Maybe because I'm using the SPDIF out to a receiver?

It shouldn't matter, it's two separate settings. Are you saying you don't get audio for the first few seconds?

Try setting the HDMI audio output to 2 Channel PCM / Stereo, the Sony should not complain about that.

I've tried every audio setting, the SPDIF works to the receiver as it should, the HDMI audio to the TV doesn't work though. Not that it's important, just that annoying message.
