hello,

i recently bought a sarotech dvp570S.
everything seems to work ok , except some codec that are still
not correctly read, but the most important is when trying to access
the device via ftp.

i let the default settings inside the player.

login -->user
passwd --> abigs

when trying to acces via ftp, it still ask for the password
and i let the one by default , i also try to change it then restart the device ,
and i still have the same problem.
i also try to access it trhough a ftp program like ( flashfxp) i got the same error message indicate that the passord and or the user are incorrect.

did some of you encountered the same problem?

is there a solution to that?
