How much??? A bit more than the HT5000, but not exactly know by how much. It is also higher priced than the Christie HD6kM because the lens is almost double.

The original dollar hit from the HT5000 to the dual lamp version was supposed to be $10k.
This unit looks like an HT5000HB with a modified iris. It seems to have the same relationship to the HB as the HT5000pro had to the HT5000.

I think the lenses may be the same. Everything on the HT5k was motorised anyway. It maybe that they've just implemented some memory functions, thats my guess. I could be way off base.
HT5000Pro has zoom memories

Peter:
I don't know I was about to switch to the Pro version of the HT5000 for the memory function of zoom, BUT due to the elevated Lumens of the Pro version the CR was pretty poor.

Peter, still no Xenon, so why are you posting this here, next to the mighty Barco's, the new Christie HDs are also relegated to the 20+K display forum;-).

xenon is for a review room/private cinema with booth for the Howitzer. There is nothing that comes close to it in performance.
But if living space has to be shared with the projector, specially in a retrofit, I let it go to uhp, and save the air handling headaches. It has servo lens memories and has tip7, and HDsdi in it should be a reasonable faccimile, as long as they don't claim total projector superiority I am fine with it.
BTW not to give me some well deserved credit, but servo lens? TIp7? Someone has been paying attention to my trailblazing projection renaissance campaign, don't tell me it will have Bel Air Circuit applicability too? :D
Good for them...
