Anybody ever optimized your pio to fit D65 standard with certain equipment like SpyderTV Pro or sth? Would you like to share your settings with us? I'm searching for the best settings. Thanks!

Thanks a lot^_^!
While the SM offsets adjustment seems too complex to me, I just want some reference settings. Btw, which settings D-nice has given us is the best fit for D65?

D-nice's reference settings will get you to about 6000K. to get to D65, you need to use MID color temp and make the recommended RGB high/low adjustments in the SM.

My pio 508xc has isf c3 ready, still have to go to SM?
I uesd to use the 1150hd settings, and felt that the reference settings made picture dim, while d55 settings bring more details but too low color temp . So I wanna talk about the exactly d65 settings for 1150hd / 508xc.
Thanks.

If it seems dim just increase the contrast until you're happy with it. Also try turning off power saver mode.

You mean the reference settings for 1150hd will set the color temp at 6504K?

That's what they're supposed to do. I don't know how close they actually get with panel variations, etc but it's probably about as close as you'll get without hiring a calibrator or getting your own equipment.

I increased contrast, found the shadows of skins a little green, I thought i need to adjust RGB-BIAS, but I have no measuring tool to test how much should I adjust.
Since isf service might not available here, I have to find answer at forums.

Most likely you just aren't used to D65. D-Nice used an Eye One sensor to come up with them, I believe. Just going in and messing around isn't going to give you better results.

Thanks, if there's no solution, maybe I should call service to try my luck.:D:D

unless it's broken I don't thikn that will help. YOu do have an 1150, right? If not then don't use the setting for it.

I compared the reference settings for 8G Kuros, all parameters were about the same except some specific ones. Mine was also 8g and had isf c3 ready function, so I think the elite settings should be suitable for all elite 8g Kuros with slight adjustment.

No, not at all. They are very different TVs, settings-wise. You can't use Elite settings for non-elites, or vice versa. Just use the settings for your specific model of TV.
