Hello All,

I just got my Samsung PS50A551 TV and unluckely i got some big issue's with the system and want to know if anyone has advice or that it is manually repairable.

First of All a dead pixel in left down corner..Well i dunnow if its dead its not completely black..But its like coloring all the time and sometimes it works with different ones i tried some stuck pixel trick but didn't work unfortunately.

Well the pixel is not that much of a problem i can live with that i don't see it anyway when i'm further then 1-2 meters np.

2nd problem and the biggest issue.

The left side of the screen like 1-2 cm from up to down is darker black then the mainpannel. How to explain this..You see normal tv is good and all colors are when you watch you dont notice it but when you get a black screen in a movie you see this 1-2 cm line on left side and you see light black and black rolling over each other...on the right side its perfect 1 color black...its like the panel is out of order...dunnow how to explain this exxactly.Is there any easy way to recalibrate the complete panel or maybe some trick to get into the hide menus.

I found the problem for the black part it was just somthign stupid when normal light is on the tv the side reflects it on the side of the screen and you get a darker black bar.I noticed when it became darker in room and i couldnt find it anymore.

For the 1 dead pixel though with red you dont see but its a pink one and sometimes bit shiny.....Although im happy the black part is gone.

I can live with this 1 pixel so its not really a problem ^^
