We have a 42" Philips CRT RPTV which will no longer turn on. I hear a "click" when I try to turn on the TV. It sound like it's going to power up but then turns off. Has anyone had this issue with their TVs? I'm thinking it's a bad board but won't know until someone looks at it. Any ideas what this could be? I'm hoping the TV isn't dead.

Anyone out there?

If it is a bad board any ideas as to a replacement cost? I'm trying to determine whether to fix or replace.
