Hi, I'm about to switch over to FIOS TV (just became available in NYC (Staten Island) :D) and was wondering about internet scheduling feature for DVR.

I've called Verizon and asked the rep about it.
She told me it is available but only for Multi Room DVR.


Can anybody confirm this?
I'm skeptical about reps knowledge on....anything.:rolleyes:

You can setup what shows you wish to record remotely from anywhere by just logging into your account.

Well it does not appear to be available yet since I did not see it described in any of the NYC FIOS anouncements and their customer support did not even appear to know what you were talking about the rep only knew about local network scheduling.

Can anybody else inquire when calling (I'm sure lots of people will be signing up in the coming days) and post back here?
