Hey guys,
I'm having a little tough time with Mack's online registration process (bulb warranty 1065) and hoping some with previous experience can answer a question or two.
After talking to a lady on the phone @ Mack, I'm even more confused.
On the web form, there were 4 steps. Step 2 was asking for the place of purchase, date & price paid for contract.
I wasn't sure if they were asking about the Service Contract or the Projector itself in this step. Since one of the fields asked for the price of the SC, I figured the rest of the info regarded the the SC as well.
I'm not sure if I did this right. Can anyone confirm? Thank you! :)
