Currently using Charter Cable. I am going to be moving to a new place soon, and debating on whether to get DISH or this new ATT U-Verse. The main dislike I have with Charter in my area (St Louis) is the limited amount of HD channels they offer. Having an HD tv, I am not happy with just having 10-15 HD channels from charter.

My question is, is this new ATT U-Verse as good as it gets? Or should I go with DISH?

I enjoy sports, although I will not be buying any sport packages. Just want the basic channel lineup, and HD channels.

The main advantage of U-verse is their triple play bundle. As far as HD goes, Dish is a better choice for quantity, and probably for image quality too.
