I just bought a used Sharp xv-z3000 projector and powered it up and
the lamp blew with in 30 seconds.:( Does anyone know where to get a replacement lamp from on the cheap and should I be concerned with the lamp
blowing again when I replace it?

That blows! The Sharp lamps aren't cheap. Typically run about $350-400 for the Z3000 and the DT-500. Check the DT-500 thread, as i think there is a good place mentioned towards the end of that thread.
