I installed my HR21 this weekend. After an hour long phone call with DirecTV I still only have a few channels. I get the searching for satellite signal (771) message on most channels. A tech is supposed to come out on friday, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to try to remedy this before then. I have an older multiswitch, but my other DirecTV HD DVRs (the old models) have no problem with reception. The B-Band converters are hooked up to the HR21, so that's not the problem (unless they both happen to be defective).

Any help would be appreciated.
