Noserider,

I would delete this thread. If you delete your first post it should get rid of the entire thing.

This feature does not seem to work.

Did you click the DELETE option on the bottom of your first post?

Moderator,
Don't delete this thread. It's one of the most entertaining threads we've got. I wish I had thought of starting a thread asking how to delete the thread, I know the poster is sincere, but thanks for putting a smile into my morning :p

It's probably threads like this that are how most forum members found out about the data loss.

It's a long story. This thread started out very different than you see it now.
But I'm starting to enjoy it myself. :D. It's kinda like Seinfeld. Something about nothing.

I was reading it from the beginning. It was either this thread or another one by a forum member that alerted me to the data loss. AVS should put a thread making an annnouncement as important as this in a place where we will see it, like where you put your thread, rather than just as an annoucement up top that will mostly go unnoticed.

I agree. I think Mr. Gouger should delete the first 2 posts and make this a sticky. I also think any subsequent off-topic posts should be deleted immediately so we can keep this discussion on track.

This reminds me of a few people I hung out with in high school. We didn't know each other, and had no clue why we were hanging out together, but man we had some fun. Good times.:D

Wouldn't it be great if the next tine avs experiences a data loss, this thread is still here, in its entirety.

Yes, just like cockroaches after a nuclear bomb blast.
