if you had to choose sets which set is better pic quality??????? will be viewed head on and from about 9 ft.

The 46 is a nice set but I wouldnt give up my 61 for nothing. At 9 feet you will be better
off with the 61 once you get it home.The extra real estate is priceless. I like my 61 so much I sold my 46 in the bedroom and will be puting my 61 there and on thursday they
will deliver my 67 750 for the living room. Yes the 46 is very nice and my have a touch better picture but,the best feature you will use all the time is size.

A 46" set from 9feet away is too far. I'm 9 feet away from my 67" set and I could easily view a 72" set at that distance.
I am 5 feet away from my 40" LCD Samsung but that would really be better at 4 feet.
