Did anyone notice a few glitches during the broadcast? I noticed a couple times it froze for a split second. Nothing too bad, but it was a little distracting.

Yeah saw that - a lot of comercial miscues, usually around D* pay per view advertising. BLank screens for 20 seconds at a time - not good.

Rodgers looked good - hope he does well. Would like to see Thompson run out of town though...

HD is not kind to Kornheiser. What's with the scruffy hair and comb over? Just shave it off and deal with it. Plus he's a Bengal hater. Never says anything nice about them. Guess he's lost a lot of money betting on them.....
And for fans of the Bengals, it was way toooooo much Favre this Favre that. If there were any drinking games where you had to do a shot everytime the announcers said Favre, there would be massive alcohol poisoning deaths all across the country.

I like Mike and Jaws, but Tony has to go. He just gets annoying after a while. His comments and making fun of players are too repetitive. Its getting old now. It would be much much better with having just Jaws and Tirico in the booth.

The funny thing is, Tony would agree with you. I heard him on PTI say that Michael Strahorn should be in his seat. He's said a lot of people should be in his seat. How odd that ESPN never seems to hear him. He's totally wrong for this, and like Rush Limbaugh and Dennis Miller and the other non-football celebrities they've tried to cram in the booth like square pegs in a round hole, sometimes you have to realize your hunch didn't pay off and it's time to drop back and punt.

I think it’s pretty sad when you feel the product you put on the air can’t stand on its own merits. Especially when it’s been an institution for the last 38 years.

I noticed those too.

But overall the PQ was gorgeous! The field shots were just a tad soft, imo. But the closeups were nice. Colors popped.

Hearing Madden constantly mumble, mutter primal grunts and talk about his love obsession with Brett Favre is just as bad as hearing the three stooges on ESPN.

It's spelled "C-I-N-C-I-N-N-A-T-I", could we get the title corrected! As far as ESPN, pretty standard broadcast for them, more drama than sport, makes it like watching a soap. Its definately not what it used to be.
