I have a Toshiba Regza 32hl66 HDTV and I want to find some service menu adjustments to improve the PQ on the set, specificially the green push and black levels. I know how to get into the menu, but it's all in HEX code, is there a list of adjustments to this set or a similar one?

You don't need to go to the service menu to optimize black levels. The brightness control does that.

Green Push ... there are no color decoder controls in the Service menu so that won't help you. Unless you are confusing green push with grayscale problems. A green push is glowing greens in an image. Over saturation of green. A black and white movie would not be affected.
