The Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything is "42" but that won't help you setup your display any better than you have now, neither will copying someone else’s settings.
Here is a post that talks specifically about this subject http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1055906
The next step would be to go through your DVD collection and find one that has the THX setup on it. Follow the directions and your display or in this case projector will be far better off than it is now or using someone else’s settings. Once you got used to that you may want even better I would then get one of the many commercial calibration disks as a start.

You might try to find a ISF calibrator. The IN78 has an ISF menu for installers. My IN78 has been great out of the box with little adjustment, however, put a couple hundred hours on the bulb and the picture will get better!!
