As the title says how do i run in ( or burn in ) a brand new dvd player , how is it done ?, does it beifit the player?, tried the 'search' but came up with nothing. And recommendations ??

Not necessary. If anything, running a player for hours on end (for no reason) will likely cause it to malfunction.
