I have had issues off and on and usually at their worst I've noticed my 99 signal strenngth develops the same pattern.

As you have a 97 and a 95, its not your alignment.
and is this from the conus or spotbeam page?
All the transponders listed are odd. Do you ever have any even transponders?

Yes, but it seems everytime I have any issues I go and check and there is this pattern again.
This is from the system set-up then signal strength page.

If these are the signals on 99s (on a DVR) or 99b (on a receiver) they are quite normal. These screens show signals from spotbeam transponders delivering HD locals from the 99 slot. Currently only TPs 1-6 are delivering signal, and you will only see signals when you are inside a particular spotbeam. You don't say where you are located but it looks like your HD locals might be from TP1 and TP3. If not then they will be from some transponders on 103s/a. The signal strengths to look at for 99 and 103 are the CONUS ones - 99c or a, and 103c or b. They should be in the 80s or 90s for a well-aligned dish, except for a couple of TPs on 103c/b which will be at zero.

I'm in Allentown and my locals come from the south in Phlliy.
This is from my HR21-700 HD-DVR.

I'm having the same problem. My 99(c) are all zeroes. 103(c) transponder 17 and 22 are zeroes.
I can't figure out why this is happening. Rebooting does not help. I'm using a HR21-700.
I just re-downloaded ox255 and i got my 99 C back up and running.
