I just got an SA 8240 and i have TWC and for some reason the box is frozen on AIT with the tv screen stuck on a boot loading screen. Is this a problem I can fix, or will I need to swap the box, or is the problem on TWCs end. I called TWC tech support and they said something about how my top tier HSI service cable modem is interfering with my cable tv (both are through TWC) as i have the wrong cable modem. I tech was supposed to come and never showed so I'd like to try and solve this myself if I can rather than deal with TWC again.
