Okay, here is an initial comment. It will be very hard to have two rows of seating in a 17' space, although it can be done. And in addition, you will only be able to get three seats across in the 11 ft. space. You probably won't be able to have two rows of three Berkline 088's in that space. You might consider the back row becoming theater seats rather than recliner seats. Normally they are called rocker seats (like the ones in commercial theaters).
When I was planning my theater, I felt like having three rows, but soon after spending hundreds of hours reading, determined that wouldn't work in my theater. My theater length is 23 feet. Those recliner chairs are bigger than our eyes picture them, for some reason, especially at the beginning stages of a build. In fact, until I had the walls in place, the riser (it looks like you are planning for one), the stage and so on, I didn't realize how limited space really is in the room.
You will probably be fine with a 120" diagonal screen, but be aware that it will force your speakers to be right in the corners, which isn't the best for accoustics.
Just my thoughts.

My room is also 17' long and with the false screen wall cutting into that, having two rows is pretty tight. I'm not 100% what I'm going to do with the back row. I might get the same seats as the front but not allow them to recline or just get something entirely different.
I was looking for some seating that was a bit more compact than the Berks. I found a place that has many varieties of chairs with various options (http://www.4seating.com/). Because of the various configurations, I think I'll be getting a 4 seat wide set utilizing the love seat option to reduce the overall width. That way I can still have room to get around the row of seats in a room that is a little less that 13 feet wide.
It might be worth checking out if you are willing to buy seating online.
