I am planning to buy one of these, I know the the wattage are different.
However I would like to know if the Ultracube is good enough. I don't have a huge room.

Also what is the price difference?
Good enough for what? What kind of mains do you have? What size is the room? What are you driving your equipment with?

Paradigm Millenia series 20 and 200 and Onkyo TX-SR606
Room is 35' x 18' I think. But I might be moving soon so it might be smaller or bigger living room...

How soon might you move. The subs you list are all compact subs that while good are expensive becuase you are paying for getting bass from a small box. If you move to a place with a bigger room you might easly fit a bigger sub that would give you more for less $. 35 X18 is pretty big in my book so if you end up with a BIGGER room you may even need two subs.
If you can wait wait. If the move is a long way off and you want to pick from bewteen the Seismic and Ultracubes I'd day go with the Ultracube 12. Bigger driver will help fill than big room better. Maybe you could go with 2 Ultracube 10s? for around the same $ as a Seismic. The Siesmic is a better sub but that big room makes me think you should go a different way

I was in the same boat as you. My room is also pretty large. 25' Long X 15' Wide X 15' High vaulted ceilings. I thought i could get away by buying one big sub. So i got the Paradigm Servo-15 v2's.. After listening to it, i realized that one Sub wasn't going to cut it for this room. So i will be getting a second one pretty soon and placing one Servo 15 in the front and one in the back...
good luck.
