I thought I would start a "semi-official" thread for those of us anxiously awaiting the release of the PRO-141FD! (This is not THE OFFICIAL thread since I am sure D-NICE will create one at a later date for the Sig. series)

So far, from what I've researched, dealer cost and MSRP is IDENTICAL for the sig. series as the regular Elites here in Canada. Dealers I have spoke with are expecting shipments between the end of next week to the first week of September (so they are almost here!!)

There is no model code/pricing for the stand on pioneerelectronics.ca as of yet, but hopefully we see this info. sometime soon as I need the stand for my Pro-141.

I'm hoping mine arrives next week. I have the wall mount installed and all the cables routed through the wall. Getting 10 cables (6 of which have filters and large heads) between the drywall and vapor barrier was somewhat of a chore :)

Note to others: If you are getting the 141 and plan on using a low profile mount you might want to be more precise than I was in the location of the AV cable wall plate. My cables will have to do some looping to get to the vertical inputs on the 141 :(

I have seen it referenced here several times that there is no part number for the Pro-141FD stand. It is on Pioneer's website under "accessories".

I can't wait to get it!! It's got 4 adjustable glass shelves that will hold my components and it has enough room in the middle for a large centre channel.

i know this is a little early, but i want to congratulate the yet to be owners of this great monitor, reference series...i can only dream. must be amazing. enjoy!!

Count me in for anticipation! I reserved a 141 yesterday at my local dealer, expecting it to arrive next week. Also ordered the KRP-WM01 slim profile wall mount directly from the Pioneer website (thanks to the Accessories link above).

This is actually the second time I have owned a Pioneer Elite 60" display. First time was 10 years ago, when I bought the rear projection model. Fantastic picture - certainly the best at the time. Alas, the best input was S-Video. :) What a difference that 10 years makes!

Got a call from my dealer here in Canada yesterday and my PRO-141FD arrived yesterday. It was delivered today!!!!
I have not taken it out of the box yet because I need the base/pedestal for it and it has not arrived as of yet.
I am sooo excited!!!!

OK Alex---I'll try and take some pictures as soon as I can.
I can tell you that the box looks identical to the one that comes with the PRO-151FD. It has the "KURO" logo in big bold letters and everything looks the same except that it says "PRO-141FD" monitor.
