I have some 9 GB HD WMV movies I was trying to move from my PC to PS3. I just bought a 16 GB usb flash drive for this purpose. Does PS3 only support fat32 not ntfs? Because fat32 file size limit is 4gb so I won't be able to do it. Unlesss I can stream file over via my network?

You will have to stream them over your network or split the files up in 4gb increments and create a playlist to load them in succession.

Is this because of fat32 size limit and the fact that PS3 does not do ntfs? How do I stream it over my wireless network? I clicked on detect media server on my PS3 but did not detect anything. Thanks.
