Well I am wanting to upgrade my sammy4061 and throw it in the bedroom. I'd like to get either a plasma or lcd. I sit around 11 ft from my tv. Lighting isnt too much of a factor in the room. My budget would be 4k. I've been looking at the pioneer kuro 6020fd. Any ideas on the sammy coming out? 950 series? There are so many out there its hard for me to even narrow it down! thanks for your help!

Tons of information on what you are looking for already in this forum and search through the various threads on each TV you're considering. You should be able to find a dedicated thread to each model in their respective forum. Good luck and use that search button to its fullest and happy reading.

lol you got a good amount of money to spent, get a pioneer the answer is easy. the sammy A950 is quite disapoing very reflective was the first thing pop in my mind (controled room)

then i thought it was a plasma but nop its an lcd...

lcd still have quite a few issues that plasma wins over, since you can avoid the major issue (lighitng)

i would with either the non elite or the elite but i would go for the elite more then the non elite very worth the upgrade (or size downgrade which ever you look at)
